We want you to be completely satisfied with your Praise Prints purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Print-on-Demand Products

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing guides carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
